Clear about what a result means.

A difficult exam is only useful when its questions are relevant, its scoring is consistent, and its claims are honest.

What these exams measure

The series assesses knowledge and decision-making through single-best-answer questions. It does not verify practical implementation, identity, employment suitability, or real-world performance. Beginner, intermediate, and expert describe intended question complexity, not a validated professional designation. Specialist identifies the standalone vocabulary scope, not a higher rank or proof of executive competence.

Scoring

Every question has equal weight. Beginner draws 25 from 30 questions (35 minutes, 80% pass); intermediate draws 40 from 48 (60 minutes, 80%); expert draws 60 from 72 (90 minutes, 90%). The standalone vocabulary exam draws 40 from 120 terms (60 minutes, 85%), with four questions from each of ten areas. Passing uses the exact number correct, not the rounded display percentage. All settings are provisional, not empirically established standards. Unanswered questions count as incorrect. There is no AI scoring.

Questions and retakes

Question selection and answer ordering vary. The series is cumulative: intermediate attempts include 28 applied questions and 12 foundation questions; expert attempts include 30 advanced, 18 applied, and 12 foundation questions. Related levels share some foundational material. Banks repeat questions, so rotation does not prevent memorization. Results show question numbers and topics missed, without correct answers or explanations. Each exam allows 3 attempts per calendar month (US Central time). A start consumes an attempt, including abandoned or timed-out attempts. Resuming the same attempt does not consume another slot.

Limitations

This assessment does not enforce identity verification, proctoring, or tamper-resistant timing beyond server-side deadline enforcement. It does not issue accredited credentials or verify hands-on competence. Do not present results as verified credentials.

Fairness and review

Questions, distractors, difficulty, time limits, and passing standards need independent subject-matter review and pilot evidence. Accessibility accommodations, appeals, and technical-failure handling must be defined. No accreditation or employer recognition is claimed.

Data

No exam uploads, payment details, or identity documents are requested. Attempt answers and results are stored in your signed-in account. Base44 hosts the app; hosting logs and platform data practices require separate review.

Original draft questions. Independent review still needed.

The assessment design draws on established engineering and evaluation concepts. It is not endorsed by any software vendor or standards body.
